You will receive a text message when we are about 30 mins from your service time to give you time to put your furry friend away. And once we are done we will send you a picture of your closed gate letting you know we are done and it is safe to let your pet out.

Yes, we are a prepay service and require a credit card on file which will be automatically charged each month for the following month. We charge on a rolling basis which means for ex. if you sign up the 15 th of march your card will be charged on the 15 th of April for the following months service.
